Atlas Lawyers is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their growing team. An excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience or strong interest in law who is looking to develop their legal career within a supportive and professional environment.
About You

- Compassionate and professional approach to sensitive matters
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors with a range of legal matters
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, courts, and external parties
- Conducting legal research as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role (required)
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in legal practice management systems

Atlas Lawyers Commercial is seeking a motivated Commercial Lawyer to join their growing team. An excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year post-admission experience in commercial law looking to develop their career within a growing and supportive legal practice.
About You
- Strong understanding of Australian commercial law, legislation and legal procedures
- Experience advising businesses and clients on commercial matters
- Experience with commercial contracts, agreements and negotiations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in commercial law
- Experience across a diverse range of commercial and business matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Sound understanding of Australian commercial legislation and legal principles
